TJSOrders – repairs & custom orders portal

TJSOrders is the web portal of The Jewel Software for managing jewellery and watch repairs, custom orders, redesigns and resizing, from the shop counter, through the workshop and its workers, to the invoice and the client pickup. It is developed by The Jewel Software. Staff accounts are created by the shop's administrator; there is no public sign-up.

• Order intake – shop sales staff register the client and the item (description, photos, weight, promised date, estimate, deposit).
• Workshop stages – each order goes through the stages of its type (cleaning, polishing, setting, design / CAD, casting, watch service…), assigned to staff or outsource workers, with time targets.
• Design approval – the designer uploads the render or CAD file, and the client approves it or asks for changes from a private link.
• Invoicing and payments – final price, VAT, invoice, receipts, worker charges and statements, in several currencies.
• Client updates – e-mail and WhatsApp messages with a private tracking link for each order.
• Reports – orders, sales, workers, payments, client statements; English and Arabic.

TJSOrders uses Google Drive only to store and show the photos and files of the orders (item photos, design renders, CAD and PDF files) in one folder of the shop's own Google Drive, with a sub-folder per order. It does not open, change or share any other file. Details: Privacy policy.
